Retain or Contract TXM

If you or your organization do not have in house Export personnel, or if the Export and compliance function is served within Shipping, Purchasing, or a Logistics branch, it may help your business to retain or contract TXM on a recurring basis.  TXM offers fast, responsive, accurate determination and processing of both Export sales and temporary exports.   Temporary exports include product shows, on site customer demonstrations, trade shows, and carriage with your personnel as tools of the trade.   Occasionally, product or service trial may be your temporary export.

Disclaimers:  TXM is not a law firm, and no representation is made that engaging TXM qualifies as obtaining legal counsel.

In order to engage TXM for ongoing export assistance, please submit your standard Contract for Services document via email to edcoffin@techxport.com   The document can be a Word document, a PDF document, or text.  If you have no standard services contract, TXM can provide you with a pro forma Retainer document, whose terms and conditions can be edited to be in accord with your policies.

Some important terms and conditions will apply.  The term of service should be one year.  Cancellation or termination of services shall be wtih 60 days' notice at either parties discretion.  A durable power of attorney should be exercised, specific to TXM being authorized to act on your behalf in conduct of export trade, and should exclude any spending authority, and should be authorized by an officer/principal of your organization.   (Partner, CEO, Chief Counsel, President, or Sole Proprietor)

Pricing will vary in accord with expected workload to TXM.  As a guide, if you have more than ten export transactions per year with export revenue of $250,000 or greater, typical TXM workload is approximately 30 hours at $280 per hour, or $8,400 per annum.  Both lower and higher volumes and workloads are flexible as to content and rate, and should be discussed prior to contract delivery.

Contact TXM via email  to further assess ongoing Export management services.
