As an exporter of products, technology, or services from the United States, you and your transactions are subject to policy and regulations as outlined in the Export Administration Regulations, proper reporting of foreign trade conducted via Shippers' Export Declarations to the Bureau of Census via submission to U.S. Customs, and compliance with financial rules published by Treasury Department policy and controls.
TXM's role may be to guide you to and through the necessities of proper and acceptable trade agreements, completion of any needed export classification and licensing of your products or services, and appropriate and required documentation in order to maintain your record of compliance. In the event complexities or uncertainty arise, TXM can assist you or provide advisory work so your submittals, contracts, supporting documentation, and compliance recordkeeping are in order.
